#EVENT | Barry M cosmetics new nail care range!

i love getting invites to blogger events....yes, this is only my second one so far & i was so glad to go to another Barry M event. the girls are always so so friendly and create such a relaxed atmosphere, the venues are always so on point and the food spread...umm oh my *dribbles*.

this event was in aid of the new S/S16 nail care range which will be launching in Januray! the event was held at the most SWANKY hotel ever, St Martins Lane hotel which is in Covent Garden. even the staff here were welcoming and friendly cos as usual i got a little bit lost! never the less i got to the event in one peice.

i mean just look at the hotel lobby! im not going to lie, i did pretend i was walking down the red carpet haha cringe.

welcomed by the lovley Alex, she spoke to me a bit about the new range. which i personally think is so fab, nail care is taken for granted these days. me and some of the ladies at the event agreed that its mostly a time thing, we are too busy to care for our nails!
but i really want to change that cos if you look after your health from everything to hair, eye, skin, body and even nails then your body looks after you!

im going to go off topic again and talk about food haha, the browines GAH what a way to a girls heart ♥ brownies are my all time fave ever and these were so yummy!the little drink you spy up there, oh yeah, thats a mocktail! it was so juicy and refreshing and both me and tabby the nail tech were so impressed how the ice looked like shards of coconut. pretty genius.

so in the range there are two nail treatments "super mani" and "iron mani" and with that one i pictured ironman on my nails ^_^ then there is the top colours the mani masks in colours "bashful" and "birthday suit"

the super mani helps to promote growth and to nourish the nails, which im in desperate need of ...always! containing argan oil and keratin you cant really go wrong with this one! the iron mani is the ultimate nail hardener, just like iron man has a shield affect and will harden the nails.
what i love about these two polishes is you can use them more than once a week. so youre not just using them for one particular event you get a good use out of them. so you can just pop them on your desk and when you have a few mins just top them up!

the mani masks are matte drying!! i love a matte look nail polish, something about it screams woman. you can off course pop the other polishes on top to have them glossy, its entirely up to you of what combo you use. not only do the mini masks look great butthey also have conditioning qualities :) lets talk about price one sec, £3.99 each! which i think is the cheapest on the market, i know other brands sell their hardenders for the minimum of £7!!

the lovley Tabby from nails by mets (@nailsbymets on insta) gave me a lovely manicure and she used the super mani and mini mani in bashful on my nails. giving them a healthy glow! i also learnt so much about my nails from Tabby, literally it was amazing! after hearing all the tips i can look after my nails in confidence ♥

whilst you wait for this to be released you can shop other
items at

what are your favourite Barry M products?

let me know if you are going to go out and get the range!!

XOXO

#REVIEW | Ammonia FREE hair dye w/ NATURIGIN

There are a lot of hair dyes on the current market and when i am shopping for one i tend to normally stick to one or two brands, more than anything it is to do with price rather than being about a brand i love. All hair dyes have a variety of colours and there ist much else that sets them apart, so for me i am easily swayed and will give most brands a go! Enter... NATURIGIN . This posts is actually a little overdue, sorry guys! I met the lovely people behind the brand at the blogger hangout event which you can read HERE and they told me the wonders about the hair dye. Basically the biggest selling point or best asset shall i say of this product is the fact that it is ammonia free and organic based! The dye itself is free of ammonia, which means it doesnt have the smell of a chemical lab!! I was so pleased and pleasently suprised with the smell of the dye. I really had no idea what to expect but it wasnt at all that strong bleachy smell it was so much more toned down.
